Howard was one of the installers of our security system in 2006; we've had very few issues with the system... read moreHoward was one of the installers of our security system in 2006; we've had very few issues with the system and the folks at ASP and their monitoring station have always been prompt to respond. Most of the time it's easily remedied, often without the need for a service call. We're glad to see that Emily is actively involved in the business, and that she's taking ASP forward into the future (this website is a good example of this). With the impeding loss of 3G service we have ordered an LTE wireless communicator, and I intend to self-install it (as I have experience as a former Ameritech tech), but I know that ASP will be available to assist me if necessary. Their attention to detail and unrivaled support are the primary reasons why we're still loyal customers today! read less
